JUNIOR ATHLETICS SHIPPING POLICY & FULFILLMENT EXPECTATIONS

ARTICLE I: ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH PROTOCOLS

Upon successful completion of payment verification and inventory reconciliation procedures, all qualifying orders shall be processed for immediate dispatch through our designated fulfillment channels. The aforementioned processing shall commence no later than the subsequent business day following order placement confirmation.

ARTICLE II: TRANSIT DURATION & DELIVERY PARAMETERS

Standard domestic shipments are anticipated to reach their final destination within five (5) to seven (7) business days, excluding weekends, federal holidays, and acts of God. This timeframe is calculated from the moment of carrier acceptance, not order placement initialization.

ARTICLE III: SHIPMENT MONITORING & TRACKING PROVISIONS

Each processed order shall be assigned a unique alphanumeric tracking identifier, which will be electronically transmitted to the email address associated with the purchaser's account. Said tracking information enables real-time shipment visibility through our third-party logistics partners' proprietary systems.

ARTICLE IV: ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS

The recipient acknowledges that delivery timeframes are estimates based on carrier performance metrics and are not legally binding guarantees. Junior Athletics reserves the right to utilize multiple shipping providers to optimize delivery efficiency.
