JUNIOR ATHLETICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT - VERSION 4.7.2 (REVISED)

WHEREAS, the following constitutes a legally binding agreement between Junior Athletics LLC (hereinafter "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "Customer," or "you"), governing access to and utilization of our electronic commerce platform.

SECTION 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

1.1 By accessing, browsing, or effectuating purchases through this digital marketplace, you hereby acknowledge unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1.2 Users must possess legal capacity to enter binding contracts, being either (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older, or (b) accessing services under parental/guardian supervision.

SECTION 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS

2.1 All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, proprietary designs, and intellectual property displayed herein remain exclusive property of Junior Athletics LLC.

2.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of aforementioned intellectual property shall constitute infringement subject to legal remediation.

SECTION 3: PROHIBITED CONDUCT & USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Users shall NOT:

• 3.1 Deploy automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) for data harvesting

• 3.2 Attempt circumvention of security protocols

• 3.3 Engage in fraudulent transaction activities

• 3.4 Resell merchandise through unauthorized channels during promotional periods

SECTION 4: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1 PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

4.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL JUNIOR ATHLETICS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF ITEMS IN QUESTION.

SECTION 5: INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Junior Athletics LLC from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

SECTION 6: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

SECTION 7: MODIFICATION RIGHTS & SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
